Lighting effects lag

Sometimes I get huge lags on maps with heavy lighting, Also other player's flashlight will cause lag but not my own. I got hd-4870 and installing new drivers don't fix the problem. :F Sometimes D3D is faster than OpenGL but nevertheless it lags like shit.
