Fps problem...

Hey guys,I have some fps problems! Just a few days ago always was perfect 100.0 fps and i don`t know how but one day it just fall down to 60! It don`t move from there!My computer is new so it`s not the problem.Vertycal sync and firewall is off fps_max is 101,Somebody to help me please...
