It sounds like a common and easy question, but it isn't.

1.how units aproximatly should be distance between blocks in same vertical position (for average map, not hard, and not easy)

2. how much units aproximatly should be distance between blocks that arent in same vertical position (x, z)

And can someone of advanced mappers reveal their secrets how they making it. Are You making brush with precise dimensions that U can use later for jumping distance, or u make separatly custom distances...

I am making map and want my jumps to be constant :)

Well that depends on the block you are starting your jump from. If it's a big block where you have enough room for prestrafe, then distance can be a bit higher. If it's 4x4unit pole you're standing on, you better make sure distance isn't that far. Another point is the jump type (bhop, lj, hj, ..).

What I am saying is, test your map! You as the mapper should know best if the distance feels right for what difficulty level you want.

also depends on the jumper :O the really good people wont have a problem if its far, but an average person may struggle.

silverninja once had a calculator that calculates the distance between jumps (it also included heightdifference).
That link is broken though, someone should fix it.
