Emergency!!!!! Fast!!

Ok, i need some seriouse good guider here, or a maker..
I need signs from 0 to 9, in white text and on black background. Like on kzljs2. on the sign.wad and on kz_signs.wad there is no signs like 1 alone. and i dont have photoshop so i cant make one by my self. Please make the signs.. I would be really thankful if you can help me.. and make them on .wad file would be perfect!
