You don't need any sharpness for a CS movie... It's used to fix unfocused shots, made with real cameras. CS cameras do not have any focal distance therefore the effects itself is totally useless and might even generate some artifacts.

Well as you can se at the link i posted "walking in memphis" you can clearly see its better sharpness and quality then other of my vids.

Well, its not a illegal software when its bought...If i wanna share my software Ive bought, I can if id like to, but the keygen is still legit to post, and same is the software...if you crack it with the keygen on your comp, its illegal...but posting it here, is legal. Its my exe file I got when I bought it, and I can share but my serial key isnt posted...and a keygen isnt illegal when its not in use...Well, You got no reason to ban me (:

at first i dont get why someone would like to have sharper material since a video gains a lot of atmosphere through being blury, second making the material sharper than it is on standard is bad too because it only makes it look synthethic...
if you want to have a better quality you should focus on your container and your codec, not on some plugins that were ment for real camera recording footage, like st0ka explained.

for me it looks like a simple contrast fix that highers the contrast of each video region equally, as st0ka said there no need to use it for cs footage, u can just use brightness/contrast and turn it up a little, the effect will propably be the same in this case
also if you speak of improving the quality (which is quiet impossible after the footage is already recorded) you should include a download link, youtube always changes the quality alot and you can never rate the result by its quality on a random streaming site lol
what you just said about the fact you got a warning for posting warez is not right. weather youre wrong informed about the legally basics of this or you just made it up by yourself. you're not even allowed to share such a program with your rl-friend after you bought it
your intention was maybe right and it's cool your tried to make a tutorial to help people but that was kinda fail in every way :/

First I wanted to post a long comment about this tutorial. Then I recognized the comments of kaffee, chosen and stoka. And oddly enough I was just going to post the same facts as they did.
No offence to you but you should first learn the basics about moviemaking and what you are doing before you start posting a tutorial. Actually capturing from cs with startmovie supports you with the best possible footage. This is even better than reality which is sometimes a disadvantage (e.g. fps).
And about the keygen... why do you post a keygen? If people want to use newblue fx they should by it as we all did. Dont post criminal links more than ever if they are not even worth a shit.
Anyway, thanks for the try of making a tutorial but I summing up again this was failed. Sorry

haha i doubt he'd go into jail for that, need to be a little more realistic in this case :p
at first you need an admin in here to give out his ip to the "newblue" company (or whatever theyre called), which i doubt any admin in here will do.
then, the newblue-guys need to accuse him etc, which again i doubt they would, because hes just 1 person using a crack, hes not one who spreads it radically.
and even if those 2 cases would happen, i think the highest he'd get is a (high) money penalty
Yeah I know but it is a case which has already happened in all of this, anyway, it was a bit educational moment :)
I don't really care about the fact he's spreading a crack or whatever it is, the fact that he lame people about it and say that he doesn't risk anything by doing this.
