LJ HELP!!!

IF YOU READ THIS PLS DON'T LAUGH BECAUSE I AM PLAYING KZ ALMOST 5 MONTHS MY LJ REC IS 243... now 2 months ago i got hit by a car LOL and when i got out from the hospital I forgot every single thing my lj max was 238(2 weeks ago)... now my lj max is 242 BUT I TOTTALY FORGOT PRESTRAFE LOL WHAT SHOULD I DO???? HELP!!!! THANKS!!!

Dont care about longjump, and go climb or bhop a lot. This will help you a lot. And after 1month you will jump 255(dot)

I do play KZ YES , I do LJ 243 my rec, Yes yes! ME PRO you No.

But... during a day ,i was going to school/work (still don't know why i must do that ( i prefer LJing 24/7 ! YES YES). In my left side a car ,i tell myself haha i do prestrafe and 4 strafes and car won't hit me... won't it ?

Daamn , i played aa 100 too much , now my strafes do suck! hell stupid hns train servers with aa100 . My sync is now 25%. wtf 215 stats?

(car hit me - my neck is broken , my both legs are broken and HELL my left hand where i strafe and prestrafe is broken too)

After i sit in hospital 2 months (NO LJ?! how am i still alive ??) First thing to do , run in Usain Bolt style from car to home and turn on the PC again (YES YES LJ AGAIN sv_lan 1,maxplayers 32,map kz_longjumps2, Yes i feel alive again , god blessed me!). But after 2 jumps - Omg0! i can't Prestrafe at all (stupid body , why ain't of titanium ,why didn't i destroy the car?). Let's go on XJ they can repair my LJ , as the doctors repaired myself , that's sure , They pro , i wanna be LJ pro too . Oh yeah!
