Status: Denied

Reasons:

- the jumps : With an oldschool vision we could say that the jumps are pretty nice, but after a while you get used with them. We see the same rock stones placed one by one in a non creative route. It’s more like jumping in circles, so it does feel the same after some tries. The map is relatively long, so you need a correct placement, that kind of placement which won’t give you the sensation of jumping in circles or jumping the same jumps.

- the textures : If you don’t have a specific theme from the beginning, using many textures won’t do any good. Their presence in the map will be in vain without a theme. It doesn’t matter how many you used. Unfortunately, we can find this problem in your map. First, we see that you created some kind of oasis, but then everything changes. What follows after the outside part has nothing to do with it.
It doesn't matter that you used “n” textures if there’s no theme related in them.

- the architecture : This type of architecture isn’t something bad for a block map, but in order to have something different than the other maps, you do need to add something different, something with a flavor, something to make the difference between an average block map with huge walls and a block map with unique elements on it. Also we see big empty places, places where you could have added something instead of letting them empty. This doesn’t mean that if you will add something in those areas your map will be better. You need to make a change from the roots of the map.

- the environment : Even though an oasis theme isn’t something new, sticking with it from start to end, your map will turn into something positive. Of course that this will happen only if you make something different than what we have seen before.
In our case, everything was ruined because you didn’t stick with a theme from start to finish.

- bugs :

Suggestions:
From what we said above you need to understand one thing : at one point the map will be forgotten because it doesn’t have anything special or different than what we have seen/played before. So, if you want your map to be a success, try to develop a map from a concept, a vision, and not a map from just working in hammer in see what it turns out to be.
Maybe this map would have been a nice one in the past, but unfortunately the time passes and we have to follow it.

Other:

Note: Make a changelog when/if you resubmit so we can easier see what you have changed and make the process go faster.
