This is not tehnique in my opinion. it's just random dd that in example heL^_x uses in every run. The idea of making it "LJABLE" or fit to LJ blocks is not new eather.
This "technique" = mcj, nothin more.

Well actually its not mcj or anything else, its a standup bhoplj where instead of making a full duck and then unduck for the pre he just does fast ducking and unducking above the ground (with mwheel)
