ya, i noticed that the sound of my new inner-earphones is quite sucky compared to my headset, many low bass frequencies doesnt get played and thats the essential part of liquid dnb, dubstep ect... no sex

so what typ of in-earphones do you use for your mp3 player

mine (they suck):
sennheiser mx160

I used to listen all of my music through in-ear creative ep-630 http://www.techgadgets.in/images/creative-ep-630.jpg . I can tell you, the sound quality is pure awesomeness, full bass, full treble. You hear everything that you want to hear, it's just amazing. But they have a very big minus for me - you totally can't hear anything around you. It's not a big deal when you sit in front of your screen, but when i got hit by car when riding my bike... Well I hope you got my idea ;)
So i had to change to some simple earphones, don't even know their brand. They produce good sound quality, but, as all non in-ear headphones, they're bad @ low frequencies (bass). But oh whatever, i had no choice

gonna check the ep 630 for sure, although i would prefer the normal in-ear shape haha, feels a little gay with those rubber things going into your ear

the koss headphones seem interesting too, but atm im satisfied with the sound of my senheiser headset, and for outdoors they're too big for my taste

i tried your phone techniques too kafds n stormzz, but somehow the result doesnt came out that good.. also it only plays one track and im not into that kinda music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yq0EmbY3XyI

some skullcandy in ears. they were like $20 but have really nice bass, they sound fine for the music i listen to, maybe not the best for opera fans.. idk.. also blocks a lot of other noises when you have them in.

the look doesn't matter to me, the prority is to feel comfortable. And bass -> enough.
