You can download skies on fpsbanana.com, afterwards you got to use the skymanager in HLAE to convert them into mdtskyxx.bmp :)

put the in your counter-strike folder, and once in hlae type mirv_fx_skyhd 1

Use mirv_fx_skyhd 1 if the images are rotated and use mirv_fx_skyhd 2 if they are not (or is it vice versa:))
