Absolutely terrifying. The progression isn't linear, since the jump from stage 3 is very much distinct and obvious. Shattered pieces of different memories, cut short, lost from their source, woven and tangled together to become one, barely distinguishable flow of someone's, once lived through, life. Tragedy in it's pure form.
Listen from Stage 1 if you had no clue about this project.

My taste isn't bordered by any concrete genre, like techno, grindcore, jazz or even obscure tags like idm. Furthermore, what I seek in music usually transcends the music itself - the message, what is being projected culture and individuality-wise. The author plays a big role for me, in my philosophy I can't really alienate from him or his cultures that he wears, that a being translated, I would always seek it in his work (there are exceptions though, obviously). The Music was always a bridge to take a look at the culture in-depth for me, to feel why, to understand the struggle or a joy, the burden or the emancipation, to have an ability to empathize. That's why most of the stuff my eye catches feels strange, and even "dark/scary", for an observer like you, Joca. I won't be flooding with a mass-culture products, because most of them doesn't have any direction in their message at all (like the edm, being wiped clean of anything except for the music itself), or being a simple money/women headfuck.
In the techno culture I found lots of original messages and meanings, felt it all the way. That background makes, for example, a KETEV work, something I can really enjoy, because I can associate the atmosphere it creates with that philosophy I both found and built upon.
It's a huge topic Joca, I hope you don't mind if I cut the rest, but ask yourself, why do you enjoy music at all? And why is that exactly what you love listening to.

@throttle, thats longer explanation than i expected haha, and sorry for my delayed reply...
i think the point is: music affects every person in the different way...you said in your case by the message..in my, its based on just: is that song catchy...had different opinions about the music, but thats mine now...meaning: if that song is trash, you wont play it anymore and thats it...no matter of genre; rnb, hiphop, rock, these darker tones ect
im a little different, im musician myself, so with these modern sh*t music, im mostly listening to it to hear what new/more creative can be made (and really innovating things are presented 'every day'); and its also the way to 'charge' my creativiy for my next song plans
