need help 1920x1080...

Hi guys.. i buyed new monitor FULL HD 24" and when i start cs 1.6 in full HD resolution 1920x1080 join game and pull out knife i dont see all 5 fingers only 4 last 1 and lower part of knife i dont see... hud is normal... do someone know how to fix... pls help!!!
