Re-add "new bitmap image" [photosho

After installing photoshop I noticed that "right mouse click -> new -> Bitmap image" was missing. I really dont want to make a windows reinstall only cause of this.

So maybe anyone knows how to repair (add this function back)?

NOTE: I did uninstall photoshop.

if what owned say doesnt work try to reset the photoshop interface maybe? or check your photoshop version...
