longjump support for strafes and prestrafe

Hello comunity,

I know that this thread is already there, but I find that a new threat clearly.
I need help with my longjumps. I'll do 6 strafes and have an average of one prestrafe of 270-273. However, I only manage 245-249 units. Some players go with my values permanently over 250 for example otcheto.

Could someone help me? i could record a few jumps, so you can watch it and tell me what am I doing wrong or could do better.

Watch Demos , play strafing maps , do faster strafes, don't do stupid strafes only Left-> right ->left not leftup->rightdown or shit combos of circle. Only normal Left->Right Strafes. Do them fast , and try to sync them good(in time). 7 strafes is best for humans :D 8 is also good but need a lot of geek and fast hands to get good gain on last 2-3 strafes.
