Anyone know where to get the weapon models with blackish gloves/sleeves?

You can make them yourself..

Download Half Life Model Viewer HERE

Find your weapon, export the hands, open ps or something and make it darker.. you can find some stock images on google if you need that. output gotta be bmp / 8 bit
