antialiasing + forcing the videocard increase
i was thinking if that real increases the quality. :) and im fear that i can fck up the videocard because my computer is a laptop
lol of course. the main point of your quality are the settings of your graphic card, what should it be else?
yes, it does. Use at least 2x antialising (the higher the better) and check for other settings such as Texture filtering. Remember that these settings will decrese your fps, so capturing out your clips should take more time.
Check wiki for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-aliasing
I think it is important to understand antialising.
yes thank you, but i can spoil my videocard if i max it and doing it the antialiasing?
you can spoil your videocard if you max it out and don't have a cooler or if you have a cooler made out of feathers...just joking
neah if you have a cooler it wont be a problem...i play directx10 directx11 games with those settings and the in-game settings maxedout and don't have a problem
i dont know if i have a cooler , because mine is a laptop xd how can i see if i have it?
you have it ofc. and maxing quality settings doesnt raise heat so much. =)
ok ty :D
i think for youtube u just have to find best codec and resolution , but for fullscreen quality its oblivious that as better your card is , as better your quality is going to be.. from experience i think ati gives u best in youtube and geforce mx series gives u best in fullscreen (good luck testing) =)
it sensless to rate 3d cards just by their manufacturer because every model is different. also, in old games as cs, every average 3d card should easily be able to get the best ingame quality possible.
not quite chosen...there is a big difference between a card that has anisotropic filtering x8 and one with x32 or x64...and ofc let's not forget that the display is important too...if you have a crt with 100-120 Hz or a lcd with 2ms the video will be very smooth and not as blurry as a vid made on a 8ms lcd ...
then tell me the difference between AF on x8 and on x16 (which is the maximum i think, so you were wrong with x32 and x64) on cs. i doubt you'll even notice it.
and about the display thing.... the frames get produced by your 3d card without any relation to your display. and if you record them with startmovie or something else, you get what your 3d card produces and not what your display shows, so the movie quality has nothing to do with a display.
ye movie quality has nothing to do with ure monitor, dunno where people got that from :S
