Compiler settings

If i press F9 to start compiling, i get this: http://yfrog.com/efproblem123p , when i confed it on steam, it did work, but im kinda lazy, so i tried configuring che 3.5 on nonsteam. can any1 send their settings to compile? im using zhlt compiling tools

and even you should read the rules again since we do not support nonsteam!
