HLAE don't run! plz HELP!!

So This error appears in my hlae\r\n\r\nThe application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). dont think u extracted it, did you open it from .zip or .rar file?

No, I unzipped .. but does not work, gives me that error .. :(
