how to improve the SYNC of CJ

yesterday i jumped kz_xj_3ways and... climbing map
then i came back to CJ , the SYNC really sucks
is it mean when u pwn cj you have to give up climbing or bhoping?

hm, my lj was 5 strafes and it's rly ok, like ~90 sync. Now i'm learning 6 strafes about ~1 and a half month and 5 strafe is soo low, and most of time 6 strafe is 0 sync. I'm doin' right pre, so i must finish my jump in last right strafe so i must jump 5 or 7 strafes, but i can't do 7 strafes, cuz my fingers not so fast, and if i did 7 strafes it is ~80 sync, but strafes looks so shity, and distance is low. ;/ same at the cj.
Personally I find it hard to increase my strafe amount by 1, but on the other hand it feels very natural to increase it by 2. I've noticed, that that is the way it goes with most of the people, its funny but true.
If I do a "left prestrafe" I will do 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 strafes naturally. Yeah, the first couple of strafes don't match to what I said but they're somehow just easy to control as well - with a bit of training you can manage the amounts between 5-7 and 7-9 for example.
And with a "right prestrafe" I do 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 strafes with a natural feeling to it. It feels like I'm trying to battle against my mind by doing the strafes between, but after I've done that for a while I can manage the amount between.
P.S: I manage to do similar distances with both prestrafes even though I do a different amount of strafes.
i used to do 2 4 these double strafes
and about 5strafes ,also can do it well
but if you want to have a far dist, 5 is not work
so i try 6, and my last strafes quite low both time and gain.
i wont try 7or8, too fast to control, so 6 would be enough 4 me.
i saw Avatar 6strafes CJ dist like 267 268
so it really give me confidence,but his pre is too high, more than 293+, never did that before ,my best is 292.
ps: if you do pre292 and ur 6strafes is well, 270possible?

I think No.
For example, ajuh had 294 pre, 7 nice strafes with great ms and distance 269,5.
I haven't seen anybody doing 270+ even with 7 strafes, not with 6.
i knew Avatar and wils did 270+
but i don't know the concrete stats

With script is possible to do ~285 units CJ/MCJ, but its hard to edge on 285 block with it and with scout its like 292 units (and about the unlegal settings is another story).
Anyway I haven't searched for 5-6-7-8-9-10 strafes longjump limits, but while playing with random strafe scripts(which are not perfect) I realised that with 4-5 strafes is enough to do like 260 longjump, and 270~ countjump.. and a 285-290 prestrafe with 7-8 good strafes is enough to do 270 block(here I'm talking about humanlike strafing with enough good strafes).
