how to make 100 aa server

i have my lan server with lj stats etc.. etc.. with 10 aa.
how can i change it to 100 aa?

write kz_legal_settings 0 then sv_airaccelerate 100 (some plugins dont support 100aa)or search a 100aa plugin if that doesnt work
