When i use Vertex tool it shows "Invalid solid structure" and
"The solid has invalid structure, probably as a result of vertex manipulation."
What should i do to fix it ???

ALT+P If I remember right. - Thats is Check for Problems, then push Fix all.

Invalid solid structure - bad vertex usage. You still have to follow some rules while working with vertex.. if you get that error, delete your object or re-vertex it.

and where can i find those rules?

Learning by doing, after some work, you will get to used to it.

if you use vertex you should remember that all points are parts of brush sides, all points of each side always must lay in the same surface.

there are no rules for this, its basic geometry.

for example if you have square side on a brush, and if you rise one point - this point will no longer belong to the side surface. if you want those 4 points become part of same surface again - you would need to raise near point by the same distance. I think its easier to understand if you make angled cut off with clip tool and see how those poins are placed after that in vertex tool...

its good to cut brushes to get triangle sides (sometimes), because 3 points are always lay in the same surface no matter how you place them, and you dont need hard manipulations so all points stay in the same surface

I hope its more or less understandable

A basic geometry with some exceptions.. you can't have not-curved (or however it's called - http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8f/Simple_polygon.svg) brushes, but only curved ( http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/22/%C4%8Cetrst%C5%ABris.svg ).
