New game listen server wont start!

Ever since my steam went down i cant open newgame listen server...
cs just shuts down. anyone knows what to do?

More information would help.
Have you implemented any plugins?, do you have steam-version or non-steam? etc.

i tried to hack steam so i could get all steamgames fre...
i downloaded some files and was going to try it, but then i saw some comments about it and noticed that u could get banned and so on..
so i decided to not do it. when i was going to start cs steam said: counter strike is not avalible at the moment, please try later.

i waited a few hours but still the same
I decided to remove it and reinstall steam.. when ive done that i installed amxmodx and added kz plugins.. counter strike started but when i tried to start newgame it doesnt start., screen getting black and cs shuts down.
i reinstalled amxmod 3 times and it didnt work.

i decided to reinstall steam again.
still the same and this time i have just installed amxmodx but its still wont start..
ive uninstalled amxmodx and tried to start newgame but it still dont work!

im in a counterstrike peiod of my life and got a deadine for my movie so i really hope some of u guys have the answere.

Start the game once w/o metamod (so with original liblist.gam).
Then you can shut down the game and activate metamod.
