2 plugins suggestions

Hi,\r\nI'd like some pro coder to make a plugin that would block the auto-scout on maps like kz_alpin or soulfather's maps. It's very annoying and it can crash your CS if you do something else while recieving the scout.\r\nAnother suggestion is a plugin that would block any kind of sound (maybe done already?) that are not permanent like on kz_deathvalley with the lightnings sound.\r\nThanks in advance

Another suggestion is a plugin that would block any kind of sound (maybe done already?) that are not permanent like on kz_deathvalley with the lightnings sound.

2. You mean sounds like sparks that keep playing even if you send stopsound command ?
Could be possible but with no filter, aka no single entity emit any sound (except player if wanted).
Could make more advanced plugin bug would need time to code it for roughly same result
