Fade?

there's any way to make something like a fade ( from complete black so normal ) ? Saw some settings on vhe but didn't tried anything, Something like when your enter on map -> choose CT -> all black and after few seconds all back to normal.

Make a small room with black texture, add some spawns and a teleporter under it. Maybe there's another way to do it but that's what came into my mind :P
