ndR moviemaker Tournament #208/04/2010 09:12(edited 08/04/2010 09:13)

I'm visiting specialized websites of video games everyday since I'm... since I got internet, around 1997 I think.
I read alot of things about Natal, from third-party developers, not Microsoft marketing executives, and most of them say that even if it's very good, the video presentations can almost be considered as lies.

Remember before the Playstation 2 was released, the same happened: Sony was using 3D cinematics and pretending those were in-game images...

Just like everything, test it in a store before you buy it.

lol, yes of course ndR.
But if it's anything like the previews, it's gotta be fun.

some parts are obvious that it's a lie. an example? the part in which the boy "skates" without a skate.. how does the Xbox know that you tried to do a north ollie and not a kickflip or a double kickflip for example? you need to have the perfect (or almost perfect) technique of the tricks for it to recognize them, and everyone has his own style. i do the heelflip with the right foot (im goofy btw) too near the nose and kick it very strongly, but other people just put the foot at the middle and kick softly. it doesn't make sense for me to show such impossible things such as recognising skate tricks when it's almost obvious that it's a lie

I quote it because I want to be a part of the great pyramid of the internet.
