HLAE Player Problem

Every thing is allright. But when i start recording with hlae the first 1-2 seconds the player is visible and after that it goes invisibl(Just the campath).
First I thought that maybe the campath isn`t good so i re doned like 10 times
Nothing has changed. Please Help

the campaths from pov demos must be near the player who has recorded the demo so that the players will be visible.
