Plugin: Prokreedz with timer reset at startbu

I've edited prokreedz myself for the same purpose ;D
I've got a /setstart that changes the /start location. Only need this until the v2 comes out though ;)

prokreedz sucks, id rather modify climbtimer plugin, if u want to get closer to the kzfi plugin. kzfi is a modification of climbtimer plugin, so gl and hf
