ok, i'll start showing you a picture of a WTF prestrafe i've just made:

pic!

you may say: "wtf? is this real life?"

i dont understand how the fuck i did that. but i did it with a weird prestrafe using only W (NOT WALLRUB!)

here's a demo of how the prestrafe is done (275 prestrafe, couldnt do more at that moment)

note: i've never done more than 275 prestrafe before, so i dont think it's just skills

Not amazing... That's how you do the prestrafe when you're jumping sideways.

:S dont you see im jumping forwards? i do the sw pre strafe with D and W not only with W and in the demo i do a whole circle with my mouse before jumping and then i strafe i dont need any angle. just runing towards the edge

edit: appart from that, have you ever seen a 278.6 prestrafe?

it may probably be 100aa cause i was surfing.

if it's 100aa tell me so i record it again 10aa.

i would NEVER cheat in propouse. this time was 274, but first try.. if you want more demos just ask, or try it yourself

from frame 1 to frame 17 its 100aa, maybe you didnt cheat on purpose but you havent done nothing impressive :S

a new way of pre strafing.. you dont need angle and you can have 278+ pre strafe.. maybe its just bullshit, but i think it may be usefull.

i didnt know that it was old, but thats not the point..

is that too difficult to understand that i could make 278.6 prestrafe when my previous prestrafe rec was 275.5? i dont care if this is old as hell or not, i care about what adventages can this give to you, maybe 279 prestrafe could be done.

and no, its not knifespeed.. come on guys, is it that hard to believe that I DONT CHEAT? it's easy, i hardly know what knifespeed is. if you want check it 42075420582375923792 times, you wont find ANYTHING. the last one was 100aa but because i was surfing before discovering that. but you can check the other demo. its recorded with XJ amxx pack and NOTHING ELSE, only jumpstats with 10aa.

Hmm interesting prestrafe you got there...yould love someone else do a 276+ with that prestyle.

its already discussed, why you think wr holders dont use it?
fof said it all, the following strafes with W pre are complicated, never saw a 250+ block.
ill recomend you to keep doing the normal a /d pre strafe ;)

btw i dont think you are cheating :)

i read that thread before posting this, lol xD. but watch the two demos. the prestrafe is different. i knew that other prestrafe technique because i used it for scripts, but it's just impossible to jump 250+.. with the prestrafe im showing you can "continue" your movement with the mouse (the same as a and d prestrafe) so maybe it's easier to continue with the strafes.

idk, my lj is pretty bad, so it would be nice to see a ljgeek trying this..

Didn't see the demo, but I did 277 pre with W, I think that trajectory is only thing that is important, one man Lt.RAT sayed something about this, but it's too hard for me to understand ))
