Anybody knows how to calculate the real distance when jumping a block?

its complicated :)

Distance: 257.640197 MaxSpeed: 346.268859 (70.986) PreStrafe: 275.282531 Strafes: 8 Sync: 90
1 10.926 0.000 13.5 100
2 11.852 0.294 13.5 90
3 10.626 0.337 14.8 90
4 11.091 0.142 13.5 90
5 8.599 0.810 13.4 88
6 9.453 0.000 13.5 100
7 7.449 0.245 13.4 80
8 0.986 317.389 4.0 66
Fail --- Block: 256 - Jumpoff: 3.409xx

the difference between crash and clean stats is 2 units , so if you land 2 units to the block you will crash

so, the block + the edge = 259.4 (thats like crashing into 259 block with 257.4 stats) and when we take of the crash units (2) from 259.4 , we get the real distance = 257.4 :)

not really sure that im right , but thats my way to calculate the real stats and it works most of the times :D

you just disabled the diagonal factor from your stats

isnt calculating fail stats much much harder than made stats?

and that way of finding real distance doesnt work on a made block.
