A very spectacular movie at all, with an awesome and fascinating storyline, accompanied by fantastic actors and direction. I truly recommend it to all the fans of good movies and mysteries. You won't be disappointed.
Agreed.
It made me think of some Hitchcock's movies (how the suspense grows) and also some of the existentialism thoughts of Kafka (nightmares/Bale's insomnia).
Everything in the film makes sence at the end. Really dark and oppressive movie plus beautiful photography which fits perfectly with Bale's state of mind.
As shnz said, i strongly recommend it to everyone especially the fans of genre films.
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1298650/
8/10
I liked all the series so I give this an 8 just because it's the continuation of the other movies. Not as great as the earliest, like most of the movies, the more parts get released more unoriginal the idea becomes. As the final remained, it will be a also a fifth part, so I'm waiting for it to get released as well.
The Departed (2006)
Very nice idea, actors were amazing especially DiCaprio. To be honest i little bit lost my interest at the end because of his lenght and the ending wasnt so awesome that i predicted it will be.
8/10
The Way Back (2010)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1023114/
9/10
I liked it. It's about some communist prisoners that escape from a Siberian prison and walk all the way to India.
Insidious
7.5/10
I though it would be a pretty lame movie since the creators of 'Insidious' had previously made 'Paranormal Activity' which was terrible , imo.
But i was happily surprised! It was pretty scary ( I did jump out of my skin sometimes ), there was no stupid effects ( reminded me a bit of those 80s horror movie, which is a good thing ), good camera work and great lightening brought a pretty scary atmospher. Some flaws still remained tho, especially at the end.
The Pianist (2002)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0253474/
9.5/10
It's about Warsaw in the Second World War. This movie touched me! I wouldn't go that far but it was a mediocre masterpiece.
Gran Torino (2008)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1205489/
9/10
I just love Clint's movies, and this one... didn't disappointed me. Great movie about a teenager who tried to steal a Gran Torino from 1972! Worth watching.
The Ocean's Trilogy (2001/2004/2007)
Ocean's 11 - 8/10 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0240772/
Ocean's 12 - 7/10 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0349903/
Ocean's 13 - 7,5/10 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0496806/
All the three are about Danny Ocean and his team, who plans to rob some of Las Vegas casinos. Liked a lot!
Green Zone (2010)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0947810/
7,5/10
It's about U.S. military that invade Iraq in search of weapons of mass destruction.
Memories Of Murder (Salinui Chueok - 2003)
It's the story of the first serial killer in South Korea in the 80s
9/10 : One of the best crime/drama movie since se7en even tho it's different from all the other crime films you can see. Stunning performance of Kang-ho Song. Beautiful photography aswell. Behind this polar movie, the director (Joon-ho Bong who has also made the masterpiece The Host) described the different flaws of the korean policemen back in the 80s and also criticized the government of his country ( same thing for The Host, even better)
Awesome ending by the way.
I recommend it to everyone and also some other south korean movies ( The Host , Bedevilled,A Bittersweet Life, I Saw The Devil, Old Boy : they are all worth watching it ;) )
Mystic River (2003)

25th hour (2002)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0307901/

The Shining (1980)
9/10
Movie was so freaking good, because Nicholson in it. Ending wasn't like that as I hoped, but I recommend it anyways.
