.tga or .bmp???

Hi guys. I have a question. This whole time i was using "mirv_movie_bmp 1" when i turn it to 0 its .tga.... now i dont know the difference between them... so if you know difference tell me pls... and 1 more thing... when i finish it in VDub with .tga put in vegas every thing is black? why?

hi,

it doesnt matter, the only difference is the filesize
bmp is bigger than tga
the quality is exactly the same

about the VD problem: i only experienced that with depthdump streams, check the avi via other players too, vlc, cmp ect. to see wether its a VD or a vegas-problem
