Deathadder 3500 "Usb not recognized&quot

Bought this mouse new and had it working for a week before I got that message. Now the mouse does not work. I've tried: plugging it into my laptop and get the same message, plug it into different usb ports, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and firmware. Now the bigger problem is that (like a dumbass) I threw away the receipt and packaging because, this being my first gaming mouse ever I didn't think I'd have any problems with it....


So wtf do i do?????????????????
