[SURF] AGAINST YOU # FULL MOVIE!
Thanks everybody who liked and told good things about the movie. Thanks kaffee for ur extra-big-hude-detailed comment. For the ppl who didn't like, i ask, humbly, to watch the movie again with other eyes, and try to imagine me with 3 or 4 demos of all players and a music of each player. And seeing the result, i think i didn't do a bad job as u said.
I want to say some things.
I know that I don't have the knowledge of rK, kaffe, ab0, look or nogger (ps: my favorite one) of the diversity of "tricks"/effects on vegas/adobe/whatever.
But I think when a moviemaker watch a movie and think he could do a better thing/effect, just in a part of the movie, he will make a critic, for sure. Or if he didn't like the music, or the map, or the style of the player. I am different, bcuz i don't consider me as a moviemaker, bcuz I am not professional, don't wanna be and I don't earn any money "wasting" my time doing movies, recording, etc.
I just want to make a enjoyable movie for the most ppl that i know or the most ppl who watched.
I think i did my job, mainly in brazil. Almost all of the players of cs-surf community liked and told a lot of good things.
About the quality: yes, yt fucked up a little bit. I will upload a link on the description on the video, if u want to download and watch to make ur own conclusions, i'm ok with that :D
About minizehow's part, i watched his demos and i though that they were one of the bests of the movie and i made the mistake of told him that i will try to make his part one of the best. So, he was asking me everyday, creating a lot of expectations, and when the movie was uploaded, he told me that didn't like it, and that his part sucked about the quality. I felt like "FUCK OFF, SCREW YOU", but i tryied to calm down and i'm ok with that.
On vegas, his part was awesome about the quality and colors. When I rendered, there was a quality loss, and when i put on the youtube, the quality was even worse. But i had too much work on this, withouth gotting anything, that i though: fuck, i will upload this way.
So, please, before saying a lot of crappy, think just 10 seconds.
And if u are a brazilian-hater, just don't say anything.
I think i finished my part and i told everything that i felt about all the comments.

np guys, its always fun to write reviews like that and im glad they were a little useful.
if i saw all elements of a trick before and people just combine them in a harder way like in cidao's greentrick or mini's temple of toontrick it can still be a cool trick but its far from "fresh" "original" or even "mindblowing". it maybe makes me think "hmm good idea to combine it like this" but not "wow i never thought of this before, rly cool idea"
& that's the major difference. a original surftrick is always better than a rly hard one because you havnt seen it before and its surprising/more interesting.
@minero: i understand what you want to say and i'm sure most of the brazilians enjoyed it alot, but if you watch many cs movies on a daily basis you start to have something like "aesthetical standards" and if they almost get destroyed by the editing and its less good lookin than just the trick on demo something is going wrong.
i think moviemaking is not about knowing too much about effects and programs ect. - the key is keeping it simple and having cool ideas that makes the movie more interesting to watch. you can easily create a movie with windows-moviemaker that is ALOT better than everything i have done so far, just by feeling the music the footage the cut&sync moments ect. because this is what matters the most.
you did a nice job on the outro i thought that was cool, on the mainpart there were just too much ugly scenes/effects for my taste. i dont see myself as any kinda "professional" either, i dont even want to get any money for what im doing but you should always stay focused to get the best out of your footage & ideas so everyone - no matter which nationallity and therefore which taste in music/videos, can enjoy it equally.
anyways i'm glad you guys take the critics in such a calm way, that's something like the basis of improvement and if i ever release a surfmovie or goin to be a part of a surfmovie again i expect you guys to give me some feedback too ;>
wtf minero? i didnt say my part sucked, i said the pipeline trick had some ugly colours and i know you had some troubles with uploading, but im just honest dude! dont be pissed because i say the colours were ugly in my pipeline trick.. if you dont want me to be honest, i dont even want to comment it! and about making my part best, if was your own idea.. you told me that you liked me tricks and you wanted to make it a little bit better -.-.. dont put the blame on me man!
