i am really impressed with a lot of thee map nominations, definitely on the same page as you guys for the most part. so anway, notkz_brickngrass... the first copy of this map i got was labled kz_brickngrass the first time i played it about 2 years ago. this map is probably one of the biggest reasons i got in to kz in the first place, and has remained in my top 5 favorites ever since. if you dont know the map, it was made by 8ball1, the same guy who made longjumps2 and the editor of brian the movie 2.. the map was also featured in a brian the movie 3 trick jump. the map is realatively short and easy-medium difficulty. my record time is around 4:50 and i think the record on cosy is in the 4:20's. the top 3 reasons i like the map so much are 1) because of the colors, it has a real nostalgic vibe... 2) its layout and progression is so diverse and smooth flowing.. and 3) whenever you finish a run you are always left with a feeling as if there is room for improvment. i think this would be a great addition to the site, and i would love to see some of you guys take a stab at it thru xj.

Very nice original old school kz map, surprised it was never accepted, I think it will be a battle for the xtreme jumpers to gain the best time. I would love to see a WR demo for this map. very good map with a lot of flow to it. good fps made well. i vote yes

I remember while I played this map first time...
I enjoyed it alot and while I saw the name of 8ball1 I said: wow this map should be official.. some original ideas like always.. some sc's but doesn't affect the entertainment of the map because is really long and cool.. a yes from me..
The third map in the nomination section, which I would like to vote upon.
Sometimes I just wonder, why this map was not accepted by xj, after all. A big nice map, gives a great feeling to play in it, and never u feel bored out of it. Great atmosphere, and everything just matches so perfectly. Would be greatly happy to see wr-level demos on this map and the pro's fight for it :)

04/07/2010 21:31This map is very classic example of a good map. It has a nice oldskool feeling. You can always find room for improvement and that's why it's an interesting map. The jumps are well balanced and that's why I think this map would be great for beginners. It's somewhat popular on some servers, too.

The map is far from being based on the look, but the jumps are so enjoyable to play on!
There aren't any bugs and no uber SCs, unfortunately 8ball1 lost the .rmf so there can't be any change ^^

That doesn't matter if it's old or not.If the map has a cool atmosphere and creative jumps it could be even cooler than a new map.It's and oldschool map with fun jumps and that says it all.A confident YES from me.Balanced jumps and i would really love to see this map being done as faster as it's possible.
i remember trying to geek this map to get a record on it. it was so much fun. weirdly enough, even after trying it for like an hour straight... i didn't get bored. at all. the jumps are so well placed, and the combos you can make are soo cool. i really love this map, and it want it to be accepted! SO PLAY ALONG :D

I remember playing this a long time ago, this one really started me getting interested in kz and other things. I found it to be a very enjoyable map. Simple design but it the jumps are sweet and the flow of the map fits. So of course it gets a yes.
@Common maybe you should read the rules next time.
Amazing map, jump on it is not boring, but interesting. Textures seem to be simple, but at the same time give full of a tremendous spirit of the map. One of my favorite unofficial maps.
