can't see jump servers

hi there... i've got one problem... it was i think week ago ... i ran steam and then click for find servers -> favourite... i saw there just normal servers.. jump ones were away... a tried to added them by "add server" or by command "conenct 193.111.199.213:29015" but nothing happened :( the only jump servers i can play are the ones from normal searching in tab "internet"...
i reinstalled steam but no change... i also checked if the servers are running (they were running) and also filter for maps or anything is off.... can you help me ??? :confused:

//edit i think my provider blocked other ports... i realised that server i can see are running on port 27015.. the others not

1. No Smilies in the Topic plz.

2. I dont think your provider blocks any ports or stuff like that. Try to read the manual of your firewall/Router and to open these ports for CS (27015 and stuff).
