I think i might be just about finished on my map, but i want to add some credits. Ive managed to dl GIMP and might just be able to write the credits. But when I import them into Wally and try to make textures they come out looking so bad you wanna cry. Any tips? Anyone know a good logo editor?
Thx.

What size was the image you tried to make into a texture? It can look blurry if it's the wrong size.

"Although any texture whose dimensions are divisible by 16 is usuable in Half-Life, you should always use textures whose dimensions are powers of 2. In other words, the sides of a texture should be 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, or 256. The reason? If a dimension is not a power of 2, Half-Life samples it down to the power of 2 below it, then blows it back up to fill up the space. This will make your textures appear blurry in-game."

True, but wally cant make a wadfile if the pic isnt divisible with 16....hehe, but sure if the pic is for example "112*112" then it looks alot worse than a pic that is "128*128" ....
