Error model

Hi i made a jump on de_quarry and i record it.
I open it with HLAE and it tell me :

Error: could not load file *121
Model *121 not found
Cannot continue without model *121, disconnecting.
Demo file completely loaded.
Demo file completely loaded.
Disconnected.

But all my models of my game are install for hlae... WTF ?
Someone can help me ?
