launch problem

okay, so almost everytime i launch my PC, i get some sort of message that my harddrive isn't attached well, but it actually is i have bought a new hard drive, changed the wires and i still have this problem. i've tried to reinstall my windows, all wires etc are attached properly. what could i do?

maybe it's a mainboard problem? or a cable problem? try some other cables at first, if that doesn't solve it, then it could be the motherboard...

tried to change cables, didn't help
