Any help would be awesome <3

It's basically just about training, watching lots of demos and testing what works for you.
You don't get uberskilled in a day,so just continue to practise and you WILL get better,i promise :D

Well, you can't become longjump pro in a day. You gota take it slow. I just played in normal maps and tried to increase strafing for every jump. For example, I would do just 3-4 strafes in every jump and did that for a month. Pretty soon you're body will get used to it and thus making your strafing alot better.
thanks for the hints guys much appreciated <3
i jump for a month too, i did know about bhopping before, i know how to bhop, but i didn`t know about lonjumping. (allways asked myself how those freaks jump on normal maps so much) anyway, watched the guides, and practised... for lonjumping its very important to get a good prestrafe and some nice MULTISTRAFES. in about 2 weeks i jumped 240 *this is my record atm. just practice :) start longjumping under 220 there are some maps i don`t remember them anymore, but find them and try there, when u are ok move over 220+ just practice.
