Hi there :!

a wanted to announce that a new version of RateViewX is available at
http://rateviewx.de.vu

It enables you to detect ratehaxxors in-game. It also works with Day of Defeat and other Half-Life 1 MODifications.

with what can help u the rate and when u change it is it a cheat or sth ? pls explain

What exactly is Rate Hacking??? Sorry for the retard question, just never heard of it.

It makes you lag so that you are harder to hit for the opponent, but you are used to it so you still hit other players. It can also be used if you wan't to hide another cheat like wh or aimbot. The problem can be solved byt setting the server so it forces the rate up to a reasonable level for everyone.

yea it fucking sucks when ppl have bad rates in ( a mix or a practice clan war PCW, or something,,. )

just makes it unfair..

The term "rate haxxing" is also described in the help of the progie. :)

Edit: Shizuka you are right. But most of the server have no such settings or they are wrong. Well most of the server I'm playing on.

Some servers also checks all rate-settings and autokick the players with wrong settings

I don't get it. How exactly do you use that thing? If their rates are low does that mean they are hacking?

Yes it does mean that they are hacking. You can use that program to check the rates of all players on the server.
You get a list and all wrong values are marked red. You can then automatically write a message to those players.
