There's not a keyboard which is more effective for KZ than others.. It's a personal choice.
Got no clue about mousepads. I just use a steelseries one.

Just get a keyboard where you are able to press 5-7 buttons at the same time. Should be fine. About the mouse, you'll need a good scroll. G5 works for me, but that might be oldschool nowadays.

Chose the mousepad that glides best, a good glide is always preferable.

I don't think keyboard plays an important role.
About mousepad: I have fnatic titan and its ok for every single mouse I played on.

actually, whats best for you depends only on what you get used to, they don't have to be the newest razer or logitech etc. (you kno what i mean.) i think its kinda weird to make topics like this

Doesn't the keyboard affect to your strafes? I have the feeling that I can type faster with a laptop keyboard, because the keys have less height and therefore it takes less time to enter a command.

Laptop keyboard was so more effective for me for ljing. But really,I'm sure if I focus I can press as fast as I could on it on a normal keyboard.
Anyways,Steelseries QcK+ fits my DeathAdder well.
