Need help with two questions

Hi there :) i have recently made 255 block but on my demo i kind of fall of the edge after i jumped it so i was wondering is it a Fail or not? ( Froze up after hearing godlike and didn't release the "D" key u_u ) And all so it requires 2 models so how can i fix it so in the future people can watch my demo's without having to download the models ? Hope some one will help out in clearing these two problems :)
