FPS HELP PLS

could you please tell me how work with fps? i did with 300, then - 300 in virtual dub. And after that i have to do editing in vegas and colorcorrection in AE, so my question is how make video speed right after all?

in vegas 30 for the final output, in AE also 30 to mantain it

you wont have a different speed after rendering, no matter what fps you use in vegas or ae
