What is the longest jump ever made? (STATS)
Well, my question is: What is the longest jump ever made in 10 aa, stats.
It might be already existing thread about this, but I did not find it.

Well, your question is flawed since stats do not always show real stats - jumps done in pubs can't be checked for real distance and thus can't be thought as "real".
For example - Avatar has allegedly done 258.0 stats which he also had screen of, but it was done when server stats weren't fully developed and because overall stats do show wrong units, it might as well been 255 of what we now.
So, the answer to your question would be FreestyleR's 257.666 stats made on his 257 block, since we're yet to see a demo made in LAN with higher real distance.
Actually, zteuq, there are other techniques as well. The most famous of these other techniques are perhaps the Countjump and Weirdjump.
With these techniques one can gain higher prestrafe compared to the maximum of the longjump. With countjump and weirdjump you can theoretically gain 299.9999 prestrafe.
People have jumped 270+ with these techniques. Apparently it's easier to gain high prestrafes with the weirdjump technique. The highest I have ever seen is a little over 274 distance statwise.
I'm not going to explain you how to do these techniques but if you want to, I can show you in-game how these are performed, just hook me up with a private message.
I think zteug just read longest longjump like I did when reading for the first time,even though he said "longest jump". I have never seen more than 273,3 stats on lan if I'm right,274 should be poss but kinda like 258?

at cj - 271-2
dcj - 274-5
sbj - 250+

actually with cj i'm sure you can do more than 272, you can do 297 prestrafe with regular cj and you can hit over 360 speed, combine it with the right strafes and im sure you can hit maybe 274

All those "x has done y units" are unproveable and stats might show way off the realdistance. Many of us have had occasions where nowadays stats show like 257 when it's actually 255, who knows how wrong 1-2 year old stats might of shown.
I'm stating just a fact. I wouldn't mind thinking that someone did 251 bhop stats, but it's in my opinion just wrong to think it as a "real" highest stat ;/
So to correct myself (as few pointed out), most "highest stats" made can be seen from the LJ Records page, you could also search the LJ records topic, but it's full of uncheckable stats so it's not a very liable source.

cj, i saw aftermatch 271.5stats, but Avatar said he did 273stats.
lj, i dont see any 258pic, just heard Avatar and FreestyleR did.

people obviously say alot but there are no demos to check realdistance or if the jumps ever been made without cheat.
