Batch Compiler error

i`m doin exact like psyxopats tutorial and it show me an error:
"Cannot compile. Cannot create .bat file path\path\compile.bat"
+ when i was using windows xp it work fine but i change it to windows 7 and it showed me that error
Any solution?

there is no log ... after i finish with the configuration i choose the .map file and run/compile and pops up an error with "Cannot compile. Cannot create .bat file path\path\compile.bat"

Wrong settings, re-check them, or do you use a pre-installed version of BC? If yes then delete, and use a one that you can install.
