Plugins with new server, help!

Im just curious how do download maps to a server?? i just bought a server yesturday. Also is there any Map pack's available to download instead of sepratly downloaidng each individual map

Would love some feedback

I'm pretty sure you meant upload maps to server.Well you can use FileZilla for that , its really easy to use and i'm using it for our kz-balkan server.You can find a detailed tutorial about FileZilla by little searching google ;) . Good luck with the server !!!
