I can't jump over 250 for almost 2 months now, and can't really find what is my problem, any suggestion about practicing or if want any demo please post. thx in advance for any comments

that's a pretty common thread guy, you should read posts all over the forum and tuts to improve your strafes..
imo at your lvl you should have the theory so
practice your strafes again and again, no magic solution ("PRESS P during your jump !")
