The best players actually creates their own, using somebody else's config is so wannabe and low. The only reason why you would need it would be if he had some nice scripts or smth that you can't find anywhere else or make yourself.

Installing another guy's cfg, then changing stuff you don't like is also creating your own. Pro players can be aware of settings which gives you fps boosts and so forth, if you're inexperienced it can be a great help.
I doubt any people will install a cfg, change NOTHING about it and think they'll turn pro in an instant.
Nothing "wannabe"-ish about it

How can a cfg can be helpfull? I never even opened my config.cfg and I play with most of the options default. I dont think any of those things are important to be a good player.

I don't understand, so you are saying that if somebody use a config of another player make himself stupid or something?
I mean because some players sometimes used to download configs from another player and adapted it to their needs at least one time...
I personally always download roccat plastE config lol.
ofc I change the sensitivity and some little things.. but I use his cfg.
