Longjump

Hi guys, i am KZing already 2 years, and i started to learn longjump before half year.. my problem is i just can't longjump i play every day some 4-8hours and just longjump but in 6 months my lj record is 244 can you help me with some good longjump guide? or theniq for learning ? all people say i need to do some 6 strafes but if i do 6 i cant lj at all, it is hard for me to jump 240 lj even my SBJ record is biger than LJ :(
