I found this a while back... anyway this is pretty easy and it's definitly worth a try in a run because it doesn't slow you down if you fail. It's not in the current WR.

i think you have to land and duck then somehow :D, i saw it in a cup by ichirou ;) :D

the ceiling breaks when u hit it, and it breaks to fast for u 2 bhopon it, but u can duck right after i breaks and when u dck u can get the duck to the other side of the floor
